All Fossel fuel equipment (ie. fuel-Oil, L.P. Gas, Natural Gas) that comes from the ground has the potential to produce this gas and will be produced if not mantained @ the burners of your equipment. As long as the equipment is properly vented and the heat exchanger is non-defective then it will be vented to the outdoors.
